Terms And Conditions

  1. Maximum occupancy 10 persons in villa
  2. No Pets Allowed
  3. No Smoking inside the building, including E-cigarettes, vaping and hookah/ shisha
  4. No illegal substances or recreational drugs allowed on the premises
  5. The primary guest must complete the ‘Guest Registration’ form upon check in.
    No unregistered guests (including vendors or guides) to enter the villa without
    prior approval.
  6. Rates are set in US Dollars. Prices in other currencies may fluctuate.
  7. Check In: 2.00 PM or by arrangement
  8. Check Out: 11.00 am
  9. No lifeguard on duty, therefore, we do not recommend seabathing.
  10. Any damages and items removed from the properties will be charged to the
    card provided.
Reservations Policy
  • 50% deposit at the time of booking is required to guarantee the reservation.
    the balance due by 30 days before arrival
  • Full payment is required for any last minute bookings (8 hours prior to
    the arrival)
Cancellation Policy
  • If cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival – No Cancellation fee.
  • 15 – 20 days -50% Cancellation on the basis booked.
  • 14 days and below -100% Cancellation on the basis booked.
  • All cancellations should be sent in writing.
  • Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are
    non-refundable.
Child Policy
  • Children are welcomed under the close supervision and care of their parents.
  • Children below 5 years of age would stay free of charge if they share the
    same bed as their parents.
  • Children above 5 years of age would require an extra bed and it will be
    charged USD20 for the extra bed.
  • Children below 5 years of age – meals will be provided free of charge on the
    basis booked ( maximum 2 children)
  • Children above 5 – 12 years of age – 50% discount will be offered on the
    meals rate.
    ● A baby cot will be provided free of charge.
General House rules
  • No Smoking inside the building, including E-cigarettes, vaping and hookah/ shisha
  • No illegal substances or recreational drugs allowed on the premises
  • No unregistered guests (including vendors or guides) to enter the villa without
    prior approval.
  • Pets are not allowed in the villa.
  • Eating Meals is not allowed on the beds.
  • Please wash the utensils after your use and leave out for drying.
  • Please use the bins provided.
  • Please clean the pots and dry the washroom after your use.
  • Please conserve water by turning off water when brushing teeth, shaving, or
    washing dishes.
  • Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out
  • Do not flush tampons or sanitary napkins.
  • Please feel free to use the fridge in Kitchen.
  • Please clean up after using the gas hob, oven and the microwave.
  • Laundry is for guests staying 2 days or more
  • Please always lock the front door when you leave.
  • If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let our staff know ASAP.
  • If you need extra towels, sheets, local information or anything else, please ask
    our staff.
  • Please raise any concerns you may have with us before contacting Customer
    service of your booking portal.
Pool rules
  • Cleansing shower required before using pool
  • Wear a suitable swimwear, no denims please
  • Do not use the pool when under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • No running on deck or rough play
  • No smoking in pool or deck area
  • No foods or drinks in the pool area
  • Glass bottles, sharp metal objects and other hazardous objects are not allowed in the
    pool enclosure
  • No children allowed without adult supervision
  • If you have a communicable disease, skin eruption, cut, sore or lesion, eye, ear, nose
    or throat infection or have been ill with vomiting or diarrhoea within the last 2 weeks,
    please do not use the pool
  • Persons with seizure, heart or circulatory problems are advised to swim with a buddy
  • Spitting or spouting of water, blowing the nose or any other similar activities in the
    swimming pool is strictly prohibited
  • Please turn off the pool lights by 12.00 am
  • No lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk
  • Pool deep end: 5 feet, shallow end: 3.5 feet

Depth of the kids pool: 1.5 fee
